The registration process for MPS Summer 2008 is now available. Please read all notices and forms listed below. Health and Safety Forms, as well as information for parents should be reviewed prior to registration. All relevant subjects are addressed in the notices below. However, if you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to call, e-mail, write, or fax to the numbers and addressed provided. The MPS Staff is preparing for a great Summer 2008 and we look forward to seeing you!

Registration Process

Download, print, and send in the completed MPS Summer 2008 Registration Form now! All forms are in PDF format and require Acrobat Reader.
Please mail the completed forms to:

Students are required to have their own copies of the main textbook, Championship Concepts for Marching Percussion and its accompanying Student Workbook. These items may be purchased online through the Merchandise section, or upon arrival at MPS.
